Albuquerque weddings on film
High desert light is beautiful and hard on cameras. Midday sun is strong at this elevation, so faces under it squint and white dresses blow out, while shade under a portal goes cool and blue. Many couples plan the ceremony for late afternoon, when the light softens and the mountains east of the city turn pink near sunset. Footage from that hour needs only a gentle grade. Footage from noon needs more careful work on highlights and skin.
Stucco and adobe walls bounce warm light into faces, which looks lovely but shifts color between angles. We balance each camera so a cut across the courtyard doesn't change anyone's skin tone. Spring wind and summer afternoon storms are the other common issue: wind noise on outdoor vows and a sudden move indoors halfway through the reception. A lav mic under the officiant's collar makes the biggest difference on a breezy day.

Handing over the footage
Upload the original camera files and any separate audio to a shared folder, then send the link with the form. Keep each camera in its own folder if you can. We list what we received in the quote, so nothing is assumed missing or assumed there.
The work is all online. Review copies come back as private links, notes can be left at an exact moment, and calls are booked in Mountain time. There is no studio or office in Albuquerque to visit.
Questions from Albuquerque
Do you meet couples in Albuquerque?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Mountain time.
Our vows were filmed in the wind. Can you help?
Usually. We filter the rumble and use whichever recorder caught the most voice. Very strong gusts can't be fully removed, and we'll suggest captions if they help.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how many hours of footage there are, how many cameras and recorders were running, which edits you want and how much cleanup the sound and color need. Each request gets its own written quote.
